Way to go band students

Congratulations to the OHS Marching Band for placing 1st at the Urbandale Marching Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 4. The band also received ‘Best Drumline’ for Class 2A and Charlie Klauenberg received the ‘Best Marcher’ award.

This past Saturday (Oct. 11) the marching band participated in the IHSMA State Marching Band Contest held in Ft. Dodge. They received a Division 1 (superior) rating on a scale of 1-5. This Friday night at the football game will be their last marching performance of the year.
