OHS Class of 1964 held 50th reunion during Fun Days

The Ogden High School Class of 1964 held its 50th reunion over Fun Days weekend, June 27-29. The festivities began with a Friday night social at the rural Beaver farmstead of Mike and Marcia Doran, where a break in the rainy weather allowed the group to have a wonderful time with bonfire, pizza, beverages, and fellowship.

Saturday morning, the class attended the Ogden Alumni breakfast at the High School before riding on a float in the parade. Once again, the weather cooperated! After the parade the group was hosted at the home of Doug and Deb Stumbo in Ogden for a light lunch and further opportunity for class mates to catch up. Saturday night, the reunion banquet was held at Hotel Pattee in Perry.

The celebration was to have ended with a potluck picnic and golf outing on Sunday, but the weather finally caught up with us. Thus, those events are postponed for 5 years! All in all a very enjoyable weekend!
