Girls lose a close one to Perry

The Bulldogs went up against Perry in a game that was very close throughout. Ogden led the game after the first three quarters, but Perry won the fourth quarter 16-4. The final score of the game was 46-35 with Perry coming out on top.

“We were obviously disappointed, especially after how well we played Tuesday night,” said Coach Ben Van Wyk following the loss. “We got into a lull offensively in the 4th quarter and let a couple of their shooters get free for some good looks, which ultimately ended up being the difference in the ball game. Allea Klauenberg did a fantastic job for us on the boards -- pulling in 13 rebounds. Denali Loecker gave us some great minutes off the bench. Really happy with the progress the girls have made over the first half of the season. We have a lot of positives to continue to build on going into the second half of the year.”
