Flynn suffers to close losses at state

OHS wrestler Austin Flynn ended his tremendous season in Des Moines with a couple of narrow decisions.

Austin Flynn made it into the Iowa 1A high school wrestling tournament held at Wells Fargo off of a 2nd place finish at districts last weekend. It was a tremendous achievement which was well deserved. That meant on Thursday Flynn had to keep winning to extend his season.

It was a close match with Anderson barely edging out the senior 6-4. It was close throughout the whole match, with each point very important. Sadly, Flynn could not muster enough to move onto the next round.
