DAGS celebrates one year on Walnut Street

It’s been one year since agronomic outlet Dynamic Ag Solutions (DAGS) opened its doors in Ogden in the former Chit Chat Restaurant building at 346 W Walnut, and 19 months since the business was started by owners Brandon Moe and Dan Kallem on June 1, 2018 – and business is going strong.

This past summer, the DAGS shed on I Avenue was completed, marking work on infrastructure complete. Moe and Kallem remain dedicated to assisting farmers in Boone County with finding cost-effective, quality solutions as they plan their next growing season.

DAGS offers three main products and services: seeds, chemicals and crop insurance. They also sell show feeds and Green Mountain Grill smokers.

“This time of year, we’re spending every day meeting with growers and looking at plans for next spring…” Moe said.“We’re locally based. We heavily support the local community, and try to align ourselves with the best products and support in the industry.”

Corn and soybean seeds are sold through Channel Seeds.

“It’s the top in genetics and fastest-growing seed brand in the industry,” Moe said.

Leanne Samuelson takes the lead for DAGS on the insurance side, offering Rain and Hail Insurance Services.
