CUMC hosts “Sweet Corn Smoke Out”

Community United Methodist Church and the Dennis and Linda Morgan family is sponsoring a “Sweet Corn Smoke Out” Saturday, Aug. 2 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The event will be held downstairs in Fellowship Hall.

The menu includes a plate of smoked pork ribs, brisket and pork loin; grilled Texas toast; dessert, plus all the sweet corn you can eat.

RSVPs would be appreciated by calling the church office at 515-275-4015. Free will donations will be accepted and will go towards furnishings and technology for the new addition.

Everyone is welcome for a great meal and fellowship.
