Bulldogs book 2-1 mark in quadrangular

Wins over Roland-Story and Nevada earned the Ogden wrestling team a 2-1 showing at a Quadrangular here Thursday.

The host Bulldogs bookended wins by counts of 48-15 over Roland-Story and 39-30 over Nevada around a 58-18 loss to Iowa Falls-Alden. Ogden wrapped-up the dual campaign with an 8-18 win-loss record.

Ogden’s Kale Munson (113 pounds), Xander Soder (195) and state-ranked Blake Haub (220) posted 3-0 records. Teammates with two wins were Dominic Degeneffe (120), Avery McCloud (145), Justus Rude (170) and David Hammer (285).

Munson combined early pins in 39 and 46-seconds with a 7-5 decision against Roland-Story.
