Acura Health Care purchases Ogden Manor

Ogden, IA – Earlier this year Accura HealthCare President and CEO Ted LeNeave announced the purchase of American Healthcare Associates which operates 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, 2 assisted living facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Ted LeNeave made the following statement: 

“Providing quality-focused individualized care for the residents and patients of Iowa is our highest priority. Our facilities are united in establishing relationships with our care partners. We believe that we are all partners in care and that makes us family for life. We will improve quality care and quality of life.” 

Ted LeNeave and Tom LeNeave moved to Iowa with their families in 2015. As brothers, they wanted to start a business together that focused on making a difference. Their philosophy embraces an upside down organization approach that places residents, patients, and direct care employees at the very top of the organizational chart.
