288 Swedish flags, quite a site to see

At Prairie Lawn Cemetery, one mile east of Boxholm, there will be a Memorial Day weekend display of Swedish flags marking the sites of 288 Swedish immigrants who settled in the Boxholm area. This celebration of our ancestors was conceived and the flags given by JoAnn Eddy, Glenn and Marva Stark and LaVon Ferger, whose families are among those honored.
